Northern Ireland Family Expenditure Survey, 2000/01

A significant piece of information about drinking trends and patterns is provided by the Northern Ireland Family Expenditure Survey. This looks at alcohol expenditure on a household basis, and divides the expenditure between licensed premises and off-licences. The most recent figures from the 2000/01 survey are represented below.
